When Kairos began in 2008, we spent a lot of time walking factory floors and warehouses across Singapore and the region. We kept meeting the same people: planners juggling spreadsheets late into the evening, finance teams waiting until month-end to learn whether a job had made money, and owners who knew their business inside out but couldn’t see it all in one place.
